The whole Meteor community is holding simultaneous meetups around the world on Nov 6, open to anyone who is interested in learning more about the Meteor platform. Schedule:
6:00pm – Doors open. Food, drinks, mingling and learn about the Mobile Makerspace.
7:00pm – Introduction to Meteor. Showcase of new tutorial and example apps.
7:30pm – Deploy fest. Chance for everyone to install Meteor and deploy an example app.
7:59pm – Short break. Take a group photo, tweet it. 🙂
8:00pm – Q&A. Live Hangout with Meteor Core Dev.
8:30 – Show & Tell. Built an app with Meteor before? We want to see it! Short, informal demos or talks from local developers.
~9pm – Open coworking / socializing. Build something cool with what you’ve just learned.
